Discover Non-Surgical
Spinal Decompression

Have you been told that surgery is the only option to relieve your debilitating back or neck pain? We have good news for you! Non-surgical Spinal Decompression may be your answer to living a pain-free life without the need for unnecessary back surgery or harmful drugs.

What is Spinal Decompression?

Spinal decompression is a non-invasive and drug-free alternative to back surgery that gently stretches the spine to create negative pressure within the intervertebral discs. By intermittently applying and releasing force to the spine, it allows the bulging or herniated disc to reabsorb your body’s nutrient-rich fluids back toward the center, rehydrating the disc, relieving pressure on spinal nerves and restoring healthy disc height. Spinal decompression is the only therapy that reverses disc damage, allowing the spine to heal on its own.

What Medical Issues Does Spinal Decompression Treat?

Spinal decompression has been studied across a range of low-back and neck conditions, with multiple clinical trials documenting significant pain and function improvements:

Spinal Decompression vs. Traction: What’s the Difference?

Though many chiropractors advertise that they provide Spinal Decompression, many only offer a treatment called “traction,” which is not a comparable treatment to true decompression.

While both therapies aim to relieve disc pressure, traction tables only pull a patient’s entire back in a generalized way, inadvertently targeting discs and muscle groups that are not damaged, potentially causing additional injury and pain while not correcting the patient’s underlying condition.

Once a certified Spinal Decompression clinician examines a patient and determines the root cause of their pain, the state-of-the-art Spinal Decompression table can be adjusted to target the damaged discs without disrupting the remainder of the spine or surrounding tissues.

While traction can provide some temporary pain relief, it does not address the underlying issue, and surgery will eventually still be needed. Spinal Decompression reverses the damage to the degenerated discs, relieving pain and allowing them to heal fully. Because the underlying cause has been corrected, Spinal Decompression helps patients avoid future back surgery altogether.
